Rich has worked in the travel industry for over 55 years, serving as an independent agent with Travel Experts for more than two decades. His renowned expertise spans all realms of travel, from planning international baseball tournaments for Johns Hopkins University since 1986, to becoming a trusted resource for families and individuals, managing everything from hotel bookings and flights to car rentals, cruises, and much more.

Cole joined Rich in 2019, initially as the groups manager for a memorable Johns Hopkins trip to Prague, followed by a breathtaking cruise from Venice to Athens. Over the years, Cole’s hands-on experience and passion for travel blossomed, culminating in his official role as Rich’s booking assistant in 2024. As Rich’s chosen successor, Cole carries forward the legacy of exceptional service with a youthful vibrancy and fresh outlook, ensuring thoughtful planning and careful execution of every detail of each trip.
